Who is responsible
IIY AI Studio, MB, Girulių g. 10-201, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lithuania, legal entity code 307465072. Email: hello@iiyaistudio.com.
We keep data collection on this site to a minimum. We don't use advertising trackers and we don't set cookies of our own.
Hosting and visit statistics
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare processes this to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It works without cookies and doesn't build profiles of individual visitors.
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts
All fonts are served from our own server. Your browser doesn't contact any font provider.
The brief form
When you send a brief, we receive your name, email, company or brand, channel links, your message and the budget range you chose. We use this only to reply to you and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service that acts on our behalf.
If no project follows, we delete your brief within 12 months. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as the contract and accounting rules require.
Booking a call with Calendly
After you send a brief, a booking calendar from Calendly LLC (United States) is loaded. Nothing from Calendly loads before that. When you book, Calendly processes the details you enter, such as your name, email and chosen time, and may set its own cookies. Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Videos from YouTube
Our videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. When you do, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, operated by Google Ireland Limited, and Google receives data such as your IP address. Pressing play is your consent to this (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Emailing us
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the subject.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, and to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@iiyaistudio.com.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, Lithuania, ada@ada.lt. You can also contact the authority where you live.
